Deep Paint Colour
As a rule of thumb, the bigger the room, the darker you can go with the colour of the walls. It’s very rare to see a large room painted brilliant white and it’s unlikely you would paint a colour like Attic II on all four walls of a small bedroom.
Deep colours have lots of character and will bring a sense of drama and intrigue. For walls they look wonderful in a very flat finish such as Absolute Matt Emulsion or Intelligent Matt Emulsion, or you might use this filter to find the right colour in Gloss or Eggshell paint for your front door.
